We are committed to ensuring your products are delivered safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Below are our key shipping guidelines for orders to the United States and Canada:
We currently ship all our products to residential and commercial addresses across the United States and Canada. At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to regions outside of these two countries. For Canadian shipments, international import regulations (including duties, taxes, and customs requirements) may apply.
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process, ship, or deliver any orders on weekends or major U.S./Canadian public holidays. For Canadian orders, an additional 1–2 business days may be required to verify shipping details, prepare customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure compliance with Canada’s import regulations.
- U.S. Standard Shipping: Orders generally arrive 5–10 business days after dispatch. For remote U.S. locations, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 business days for heavier items or multiple-order shipments.
- Canadian Shipping: Delivery times vary by province, ranging from 7–15 business days after dispatch. This timeframe accounts for cross-border transit and customs clearance, which may include routine inspections for compliance.
- U.S. Orders: We primarily use USPS for domestic shipments. All products are packaged with care to ensure protection during transit.
- Canadian Orders: We partner with USPS International (with final delivery by Canada Post) for most shipments. We may select alternative carriers based on package weight, Canadian province, and requested delivery speed.
A unique tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. For Canadian shipments, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canadian customs; further tracking can be done via the local postal service or the carrier’s international portal.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the package status.
- U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time and covers the entire delivery journey, from our warehouse to your doorstep.
- Canadian Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to populate. After the package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may be less frequent due to customs processing. We recommend using the destination country’s local postal service website to check the latest status.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "delivered" but not received, please follow these steps:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) to see if the package was left at an alternate location.
- Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about delivery details.
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as customs clearance or international transit delays are common for cross-border shipments.
- Check with local postal services or Canadian customs authorities using your tracking number—packages may be held for unpaid duties/taxes or missing documentation related to imports.
- Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local post offices for any missed deliveries.
- U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended customs and transit timelines).
7. Duties and Taxes for Canadian Orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout. If applicable, the recipient must pay these fees upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount in advance.
Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Our team will collaborate with the carrier to investigate the issue (including initiating a package trace if necessary) and provide regular updates on the resolution process.
