1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. We cannot offer refunds beyond this timeframe.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels intact
  • Original packaging preserved (if applicable)
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as final sale products or those marked "Non-returnable") are not eligible for return. Relevant exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product detail page.

3. Exchange Service
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original product. In cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, we will handle the matter based on the actual situation at our discretion.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective item or incorrect shipment on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label when available.
  • For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size selected, no longer needed), the customer shall bear the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund, so we appreciate your patience.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

8. Canadian Orders - Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier are non-refundable. If you return an item, we will refund the product price (and the original shipping fee only if required by law and the return is due to our error). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the refund amount.
