1. How do I find the right size for men’s and women’s ?

You can find our "Size Guide" page for comprehensive fitting information. For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring yourself directly (follow the “How to Measure” instructions in the size guide) and comparing to the chart. If you’re between sizes or prefer an oversized look, we suggest sizing up.

2. Are your sweaters machine-washable, or do they require special care?

Care instructions vary by fabric (e.g., wool, cotton, cashmere blends), but most of our men’s and women’s sweaters are machine-washable for convenience. Always check the care label inside the garment for specific guidelines:

• Wool/cashmere blends: Typically recommend cold water on a gentle cycle, lay flat to dry, and avoid bleach or tumble drying (to prevent shrinking or pilling).
• Cotton sweaters: Usually safe for machine washing in warm water and tumble drying on low heat.
  Following care instructions will help preserve the sweater’s shape, softness, and color.

3. Can I exchange a sweater if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original product. In cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, we will handle the matter based on the actual situation at our discretion.

4. Which countries or regions do you ship men’s and women’s sweaters to?

Currently, we only ship our men’s and women’s sweaters to addresses in the United States and Canada.

5. How do I know the color of the sweater will match what’s shown on the website?

We strive to display accurate colors on our website, but slight variations may occur due to factors like device screen resolution, lighting, and fabric dye batches. If you have questions about a specific color , feel free to contact our customer support team.

6. Are your sweaters available in plus sizes  for both men and women?

Yes! All our sweater styles  are available in sizes S–3XL for both men and women.
