When you place an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This hold verifies sufficient funds and is not a final charge—we only capture the full payment when your order is confirmed and prepared for shipping (typically 1–3 business days after payment submission). Approved refunds for returned products are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
